The story

Purchased in the fall of 2001 on Ebay. Has been driven only when a 4x4 was needed. I ordered a 4 inch lift kit from Jeffs Bronco Graveyard, M/T wheels and BFG 33x12.50x15 KO2 Tires.
During disassembly I discovered what salt on the roads will do to a chassis if not cleaned.
I decided to do a complete frame off restoration. I will be stripping the frame, cleaning and repairing the rust pitting. Then install Dana TrakLoc in the front diff and Ford Racing Traction Lock in the rear and changing the gear ratios to 4.09 and 4.10 respectively, also replace all bearings and seals. Painting all the undercarriage, replaceing all the bushings and body mounts. Install JBG Lift kit with Super Runner steering. I will rebuild the transmission and transfer case. The engine will also be rebuilt and modified. The interior will just need a good cleaning with carpet replacement and new steering wheel cover. The engine bay will also get a good cleaning and paint touched up. The exterior will receive minor rust and body repair then reconditioning of the paint and installing fender flares. It will get new bumpers, grille, headlight trim, and emblems.I expect this list to grow. — bfairlane1
