The story

Bought from the original owner in 2002 with 80K miles and a dash cover. Immediately replaced the worn out auto-locking hubs with Warn manual hubs, installed new seat covers, window ventshades, bug guard, K&N filter, a Rough Country 2.5" suspension lift and BFG 32x10.50's ( I know, weird size), replaced the stock exhaust from the muffler back with the Flowmaster and 2.5" pipe, and installed a whole new stereo system including an Alpine H/U, a Sirius satellite radio tuner, Kenwood 4x75W amp and Rockford Fosgate/Polk Audio speakers for the mids, and a 1400W mono sub amp powering 2 12" Alpine type "S" subs in a custom made slot grooved style box. Later I replaced the stock wheels with some aftermarket 15x10's and stepped up to 33x12.50's.

Skip Ahead to 2016... Decided it's time to show the Bronco some love again. First up, NEW new seat covers, and some new weather stripping, seals, etc... that had started to rot away. Then I replaced the entire stereo system again down to the wiring. This time I went with a Kenwood Excelon BT, CD, H/U with JL Audio EVERYTHING ELSE... JL C2's in the rear, JL C3 components up front, a JL marine 5-way amp pushing 100W RMS to each of the the mids and 500W RMS to the JL 12W6 sub in a small sealed box (saves a ton of space in the back and sounds WAY BETTER than my last set up).

Then I installed the 4.56 Yukon/Motive gears and Detroit TrueTracs in the front and rear. Next was the 6" BDS suspension lift with extended radius arms, sway bar drop brackets, steering stabilizer, and lifted leafs (no blocks) in the rear, tie rod end flip, and BFG 35x12.50's. Also added a set of Pacesetter shorty headers and a Punisher valve body!

Most recently, 2018... I upgraded to ProtoFab’s RockSolid off road style bumpers with a spare tire arm, a Warn winch, fog lights, spot lights, and even a 4th brake light that goes in the hitch receiver!
We're getting somewhere now.

HOPEFULLY Coming later I'll get started on the engine... Intake, Heads, etc..! — TJSmoot
