The story

The can has not run since 1994. I was able to turn the motor with a breaker bar, so at least it's not froze up. I am rebuilding all the systems before I try to fire up this beast.

So far I have rebuilt the entire front and back suspension and steering components with new parts. The parts for the new front end are for a V8 include; upper & lower control arms, spring perch, 1" lowering coil springs, strut rods, tie rods, idler arm, center linkage, KYB shocks, pitman arm, 1" sway bar, export brace and a monte carlo bar. The spindles & disc brakes are from a 1977 Comet.

New dual master cylinder with new brake lines & hoses

The rear I have replaced the leaf springs, U-bolts, KYB shocks, and shackle.

I swapped the 3-on-a-tree column with a 4-speed column. I bought a new wooden steering wheel and have started to dress up the engine bay. — billyons
